What you'll do:

\n\n

Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls
Coordinate calendars, appointments, and reminders
Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, and transport
Assist with events, functions, and entertainment bookings
Support the day-to-day running of the office and properties
Provide administrative support across a diverse group of businesses

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new technology
