What you'll do:

• Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and reminders
• Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, and transport
• Assist with events, functions, and entertainment bookings
• Support the day-to-day running of the office and properties
• Provide administrative support across a diverse group of businesses

What we're looking for:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new technology
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
• A team player who is always willing to help
